This role involves identifying opportunities, designing AI-powered solutions, accelerating delivery, and scaling solutions across the Now Platform. The position emphasizes customer partnership and delivering measurable value in rapidly evolving AI landscapes. ServiceNow’s Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDDE) team focuses on working with customers to build intelligent, scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
- 5-7+ years in enterprise AI/ML architecture, field engineering, or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines
- Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with SaaS platforms or low-code environments
- Comfort navigating ambiguous environments
- Travel up to 30%
