Forward Deployed Solution Architect – Applied AI FDE

ServiceNow's Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team is seeking a Field Product Architect to work with customers to identify and accelerate the implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role involves designing AI-native systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the scaling of solutions across the Now Platform. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation to deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall experience, with 5–7+ years in enterprise AI/ML architecture, field engineering, or solution consulting.
• Strong grasp of LLM-based systems and GenAI pipelines, including prompt engineering, RAG, orchestration, and data modeling.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, with working knowledge of GenAI tooling frameworks like LangChain.
