Forward Deployed Solution Engineer – Applied AI FDE

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to become the CTO of the Build – partnering with clients to shape the future of enterprise AI with solutions that solve critical challenges. This role involves building scalable AI solutions, collaborating with customer teams, and delivering solutions-ready implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience building systems in customer-facing or embedded roles
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-native software
• Strong understanding of APIs, orchestration pipelines, and vector DBs
• Experience with LLM tooling (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
