This Full Stack Platform Support Engineer role is for a technically skilled individual responsible for providing support and troubleshooting to end-users for the organization’s applications. The role involves resolving issues, collaborating with the development team, monitoring application performance, and maintaining technical documentation. It is a key role in ensuring smooth application operation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of application troubleshooting techniques and software debugging tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience/ certification in CCNA, Linux, Server Management, AWS and Project management is desirable.
- ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
- Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) is desirable.
