Functional Delivery Snr Manager

We are seeking a Functional Delivery Senior Manager to lead our Oracle ERP Cloud and SAP ECC/S4 module teams. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in ERP functional delivery and 5+ years of managing global rollouts/support. They will be responsible for full-cycle leadership, vendor governance, budgeting, and executive-level communication skills.

Requirements

• 12+ years total ERP functional delivery experience
• 5+ years managing global rollouts/support experience
• Full-cycle leadership of Oracle ERP Cloud (or E-Biz) and SAP ECC/S4 modules
• Deep process command in Plan-Source-Make-Deliver-Finance
• Hands-on with cut-over, data migration (FBDI, ADFdi, LTMC), and cloud release cadence
• Proficient in ServiceNow/Jira, SQL for issue triage, and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting
• Proven vendor governance, budgeting, and executive-level communication skills
• Maintain Ticket Hygiene for all incident Tickets for the team
• Preferred Assets Oracle Cloud Financials or SCM certification
• Familiarity with OCI / OIC integrations, GoldenGate, Boomi
• Exposure to AIOps/RPA for ticket deflection and automated controls
• Agile-Scrum and DevSecOps mindset for SaaS extension delivery
