As a GAC Engagement Manager - Reporting and Insights Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we can clearly articulate the value of the Global Advisory Council (GAC). This includes preparing and tracking customer engagements directly with the council members as well as sales leadership. You will manage a portfolio of engagements as well as being the resident expert in reporting and analytics.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Data-Driven & Insight-Oriented - Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools (Power BI preferred), and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel & CRM Skills - Confident working with complex datasets, CRM systems (Dynamics preferred), and producing executive-level dashboards and reports
- Strong Storytelling Through Data - Capable of crafting compelling narratives from data to showcase program outcomes and business impact
- Effective Communicator & Trusted Advisor - Adept at working with senior leaders, presenting complex data clearly, and influencing decisions through insights
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented - Able to manage multiple data streams, ensure accuracy, and deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines
- Agile & Solution-Focused - Comfortable in a dynamic environment, able to pivot priorities based on business needs and emerging insights
