The role involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. The position requires 100% remote work under US East Coast standard hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or Help Desk technician
• Understanding of networking protocols (LAN and WAN) and system administration processes
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network/system problems
• Proficiency in computer hardware and software
• Basic understanding of cloud application monitoring and troubleshooting
