Work with Data Engineers, gather and analyze data from various systems, and identify trends to assist with business opportunities.
Requirements
- Work with Data Engineers to define new projects / reports and analysis requirements
- Execute and maintain Business Intelligence Reports according to business requirements
- Evaluate and approve requests for new Customer set-up by reading and interpreting SOW's for approved KPIs/metrics
- Collect, interpret and analyze data / information from various systems
- Identify trends within data to assist with identifying opportunities within the business
- Manage Business Intelligence Reports trackers
- Manage the reporting site
- Create and update Global Analytics Team's service catalog in ServiceNow
- Identify processes for possible process improvement, provide and execute the solution
- Create / contribute to report documentation
- Maintain efficient desk procedures to carry out repeated tasks
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in computing or information delivery, high level SQL query writing knowledge, understanding of database and BI architectures, and experience in using BI systems and tools
