GBS Consultant - Service Management (f/m/d)

GBS Consultant is a full-time position seeking a Service Management specialist to contribute to the development and operationalization of the Global Business Services strategy. The role involves technical enablement, aligning operational models, defining technical governance, preparing documentation, and collaborating with IT and service towers. Requirements

• Relevant degree in business informatics, computer science, information systems, or related fields
• Several years of professional experience in technical service management, IT business analysis, or process automation within GBS, shared services, or consulting environments
• Experience in conceptual design of operating models with a focus on system and tooling integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in data visualisation and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in workflow and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Great skills in PowerPoint and other presentation tools
• Fluent in English
