DoiT is seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented GCP Product Support Specialist/Billing Specialist to work remotely in Eastern Europe, the UK, Ireland and Spain. The role involves providing world-class Saas application and billing support, with a focus on customer education, problem-solving, and proactive communication. They work independently, supporting cloud-driven organizations with expertise in GCP.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support or a similar B2B SaaS role
  • 1-2+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) billing
  • Experience creating and enhancing documentation for the Product Support organization
  • Experience with Ticketing / Case Management System like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer software problems
