GDS Consulting_ServiceNow Capability Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Capability Development Manager to join our team at EY GDS. The primary role of this position is to drive the development and enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization by teaching fresh graduate students who are new joiners at EY GDS, spanning across various locations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong presentation and planning skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• At least 2 ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different locations and cultures.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions for training and development.
