GDS Consulting_ServiceNow Delivery Senior Manager role involves leading project delivery, supporting pre-sales activities, and managing the growth of the ServiceNow practice. The role requires experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, strong pre-sales experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT or Consulting, with at least 5 years in ServiceNow leadership or delivery roles
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple industries
  • Strong pre-sales experience, including solution design, scoping, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing a technical practice, with experience in team development and talent management
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, and CSM
  • Experience in consulting business operations in the Philippines is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus
