We are looking for a QA tester to design and implement test plans to improve the usability of our products. The QA tester will work with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.
Requirements
- College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in a development role
- ServiceNow ATF knowledge is a plus
- ITIL foundations certification a plus
- A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies
- Good team working and critical thinking skills
