Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT application support or service delivery roles, ideally in multinational organizations.
• Proven leadership experience.
• ITIL certification and strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with tools and systems such as Infor M3, Workday, and ServiceNow.
