The Global Director, Human Resources Data Operation is responsible for end-to-end HR technology support and governance processes in a global HR Data Operations environment. This role ensures best-in-class support services are delivered to all countries, platforms, and associates, leveraging key enabling HR technology platform and process expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources or related field of study
- Relevant experience in HR technology platform support and process management in a Shared Services operating environment
- Subject matter expertise in Workday HCM platform, ServiceNow case management and workflow automation, and integrated platform vendors (ADP, Fidelity, Alight, Phenom, etc.) daily management interface support
