Informa TechTarget is seeking a Global Front of House Operations Specialist to coordinate global front-of-house operations, liaise between IT and FOH Operations teams, and ensure excellent facilities management. The role involves office management, administrative support, property oversight, and proactive communication. This is a fully remote position based in Auburndale, MA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in multinational commercial property management or commercial real-estate experience
  • Experience in procurement and management of office supplies
  • Proficiency in MS Office 360, room booking systems, MFDs, Zoom/Team Meeting Platforms, Adobe product suite, and travel/expense management platforms
  • Cross-cultural communication skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow management systems
