The Global Head of Wealth & Asset Management (GTM) will operate together with ServiceNow’s customer-centric industry transformation sales teams as well as core functions within the firm to identify and localize the ServiceNow Wealth & Asset Management solutions to the global market and to specific customers/buying centers.
Requirements
- 12+ years in Financial Services with success in strategy, operations, and Wealth Management Asset Management.
- 5+ years selling Enterprise Platform Software to Wealth & Asset Management as an expert or in business development/consulting roles.
- Exceptional strategic communication skills—written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers and sales teams; advise senior leaders on strategy, messaging, and engagement.
- Experienced in creating thought leadership content for international audiences.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, excellent at prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
- Agile mindset; effective in matrix organizations, leading through influence and relationship-building.
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Prefer business application software product marketing, sales, or delivery experience over infrastructure experience.
- Ability to achieve revenue growth targets in collaboration with direct account sales teams.
- Understanding of industry use cases in Wealth & Asset Management.
- Superior organizational skills; able to prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform.
