The Global HR Onboarding Program Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of onboarding programs to ensure seamless transitions for new employees across diverse regions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to monitor metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Expertise in HR technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday) and experience leveraging technical analytics to support program goals.

- Ability to manage vendor relationships, including selection, contracting, budgeting, and monitoring industry trends.

- To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in HR, Business Operations or related. HR Certifications are preferred.
