We're looking for a Global HR ServiceNow Leader to set the strategic direction and vision for our ServiceNow product or platform. This role will ensure successful ServiceNow adoption within the organization and define and prioritize the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years' experience in implementing and optimizing operational processes on the ServiceNow platform or similar platforms
- Experience in developing operational protocols and processes to optimize the ServiceNow or similar SaaS platform
- Specialized expertise in ServiceNow and its various modules, particularly Human Resources (HR)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using ServiceNow
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
