Global HRIS Associate Analyst responsible for technical support of Learning and Management System and Data Governance. Key responsibilities include administering and troubleshooting the LMS, reporting, employee inquiries/education, and keeping the system up to date with eLearning content and translations. The successful candidate will actively support creation of new course content, implementation of new features, and Docebo rollouts to new Momentive businesses.

Requirements

  • Perform daily LMS administration tasks, including training content management, system settings, enrollments, metrics, and evaluations.
  • Create/Update/Fix eLearning courses
  • Upload course content to the LMS and test appropriately
  • Execute the training content translation process and coordinate with the Localization team.
  • Create and run reports, manage user permissions and assistance with assignments and local requests.
  • Using ServiceNow, monitor and troubleshoot LMS issues and drive for timely resolutions, both internally and with vendors.
  • Performs quality assurance checks on content and tests content functionality and communication with LMS prior to deployment.
  • Provides support on new LMS projects including those that involve eLearning vendors to ensure functionality with LMS.
  • Answers and resolves technical issues related to the LMS system including documenting and responding to the LMS production support ticketing system.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Power BI dashboards various for HR.
  • Partner with HR, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.
