Global IT Service Operations and Support Professional

CEVA Logistics seeks a Global IT Service Operations and Support Professional to join their team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of technical experience in implementation, support, or delivery of technology services/projects, and expertise in various programming languages, databases, and monitoring tools. The role involves managing projects, analyzing and resolving problems, and providing technical support.

Requirements

• Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información o a fin
• Ingles avanzado
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años de experiencia técnica en implementación, soporte o entrega de servicios/proyectos tecnológicos.
• Conocimientos en: Lenguajes: Java, JSP, Python, Bases de datos: Cassandra, Elassandra, PostgreSQL, Herramientas de monitoreo: Kibana, OpenSearch, Grafana, Fundamentos de Kubernetes, gestión de Pods y Dead Letter Queues (DLQ), ServiceNow, Remedy, OTRS, etc., SharePoint y Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deseable: Certificación ITIL Foundation, Capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, Trabajo en equipo y autonomía, Capacidad para priorizar tareas y adaptarse a horarios flexibles.
