CEVA is seeking a Global IT Service Operations and Support Professional to join their Application Shared Capabilities Division. This role will focus on ensuring the successful execution of IT projects, implementing solutions, and providing operational support. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical background and teamwork skills to deliver tangible results and contribute to CEVA's mission to shape the future of global logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • 3-5 years of technical experience in technology service delivery.
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, Python, Cassandra, Elassandra, PostgreSQL, Kibana, OpenSearch, Grafana, Kubernetes, ServiceNow, or OTRS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
