Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- 3-5 years of technical experience in IT service or delivery.
- Knowledge of Java, JSP, Python, and databases (Cassandra, Elassandra, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Kibana, OpenSearch, Grafana).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, pod management, Dead Letter Queues, and ServiceNow, Oracle/RHEL.
