Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Global People Technology Lead to ensure smooth operations of their global HR platforms. This role focuses on providing operational support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and enabling people and culture teams to leverage digital tools. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR tech expert with a commitment to process compliance and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS or digital HR platform (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar)
- Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to process compliance and operational excellence
- Structured, service-oriented thinking that puts user needs first
- Comfort working in international, virtual teams with clear English communication
- Strong problem-solving approach
