Global Security Operations Center Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GSOC Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Global Safety Operations Center (GSOC) in Pleasanton. The GSOC Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., security management, criminal justice), Military, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 yrs minimum leadership experience, preferably in the security industry
• Minimum of 3 years GSOC Management experience
• Extensive experience and knowledge of various access control platforms, video management systems and incident management applications/software
• Proven experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in critical situations.
• Experience in the tech industry is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASIS CPP, PSP)
• Experience with Lenel, Milestone, ServiceNow, Everbridge, etc.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as this is a salary position
