This role involves ensuring a consistent traveler experience, policy compliance, and coordination with travel partners, providing a vital connection between employees, travel partners, and internal stakeholders. They are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in global travel program administration
  • Bachelor ́s Degree
  • Proficient computer skills: MS Office, online travel booking tool (like Concur, Cytric, Egencia), ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
  • Experience working with cross-functional & multi-cultural teams
  • Proficient in English + one other language
