Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in large client management
  • 5+ years of experience as a Client Director with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions
  • Previous experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management
  • Ability to understand large-scale business and IT needs
  • Strong understanding of scaling in a competitive market
