- Google Workspace (GWS) Core Skills
- GWS Admin Console proficiency (user management, groups, domains, security)
- Knowledge of GWS apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar)
- GWS licensing models and billing structures
- Migration-Specific Skills
- Experience with migration tools such as Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GWMME), Google Workspace Migration Tool (GWMT), third-party tools (CloudM, BitTitan, TransVault, etc.)
- Mailbox, calendar, and contact migration
- File migration from OneDrive/SharePoint to Google Drive/Shared Drives
- Understanding of identity and access management during migration
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Design & Execution
- Scope definition and planning
