Requirements

  • Google Workspace (GWS) Core Skills
  • GWS Admin Console proficiency (user management, groups, domains, security)
  • Knowledge of GWS apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar)
  • GWS licensing models and billing structures
  • Migration-Specific Skills
  • Experience with migration tools such as Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GWMME), Google Workspace Migration Tool (GWMT), third-party tools (CloudM, BitTitan, TransVault, etc.)
  • Mailbox, calendar, and contact migration
  • File migration from OneDrive/SharePoint to Google Drive/Shared Drives
  • Understanding of identity and access management during migration
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Design & Execution
  • Scope definition and planning
