As a Platform Architect in ServiceNow, you will design, implement, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Platform Architect who can take on a strategic and technical leadership role in our team deliveries.
Requirements
- Long-term experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an architect role
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality, modules, and integration possibilities
- Experience designing scalable and sustainable solutions within ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and agile work methods
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide both customers and development teams
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent
- Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
