GRC Program Manager

Abnormal Security is seeking a GRC Program Manager to support the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. The GRC team facilitates information security and data governance, enabling risk-based decision-making and compliance. The role will focus on program management, improving practices, and managing projects within the GRC, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and scaling programs as a program manager for a GRC or similar team
• Proven experience developing and reporting project and program performance metrics
• Solid technical background with ability to instruct non-technical audiences
• Experience with technical documentation and management
