We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Digital Workplace & Service Specialist to join our ICT team. The role is responsible for the design, management and continuous improvement of the company's Digital Workplace, ensuring a seamless, secure and integrated user experience.

Requirements

  • Define and manage the Digital Workplace strategy, integrating tools, processes, and physical/virtual spaces.
  • Administer and govern the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform).
  • Ensure information security and compliance in line with company policies and regulations (GDPR, NIS2, DLP).
  • Implement and oversee IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Request, Problem Management).
  • Develop and maintain a Service Catalog and an up-to-date Knowledge Base.
  • Promote adoption and effective use of digital tools through training, communication, and change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate external vendors and technology partners for Digital Workplace projects.
  • Monitor KPI and SLA related to IT services and the digital workplace, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support smart working and hybrid work strategies, ensuring alignment between physical and digital workspaces.

Requirements Summary

4-6 years of experience in SharePoint/M365, Workplace Management, or Service Management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields. Fluent English
