Hardware Asset Manager

SMBC Group is seeking a detail-oriented and compliant IT Asset Manager to lead the transformation of their hardware asset management (HAM) function across EMEA. The role involves ensuring full lifecycle governance, audit readiness, and cost optimisation, with a focus on data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management or IT operations, ideally in a regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs, and asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Proven ability to manage asset data accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CHAMP, or CITAM are highly desirable.
