We are looking for a Hardware Standards Engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining server, storage, and full-rack hardware standards for global deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience in datacenter technician and/or technical program management, and a basic understanding of AC/DC power calculations. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive complex problems to resolution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of datacenter technician and/or technical program manager experience
  • Experience in at least two of the following areas: enterprise server solutions, enterprise storage solutions, rack-level power design/management, complex network cabling design
  • Basic understanding of AC/DC power calculations
  • 2+ years of experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Science (CS) or related field
