Endeavour Group is seeking a Functional Analyst (Payroll) to design, maintain, and enhance robust business solutions within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing solutions, ensuring compliance, and supporting various initiatives. The position contributes to the company's people strategy and helps ensure efficient employee time capture and pay processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in designing or implementing SAP HCM (Time Management, Payroll) or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- In-depth understanding of payroll processes, configuration, and integrations.
- Experience managing SAP HCM/EC Payroll Support Pack upgrades.
- Experience in application security and system testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Service Management tools and Level 2/3 support processes.
- Testing and release management experience (retail industry desirable).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to establish and achieve objectives with changing priorities.
