Support all Health Care Professional (HCP)–related activities, ensuring compliant and accurate execution of HCP processes. Analyze and resolve queries, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HCP compliance and engagement processes
- Experience with HCP Engage and S4 Magellan is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or a shared services environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP and ServiceNow
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master data, and handling HCP invoices within the EMEA region
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working within structured, SLA-driven processes
- Ability to build strong working relationships and balance both operational and project-based tasks
