Head of Business Systems

The Head of Business Systems leads the strategy, implementation, and operation of The Nuclear Company's enterprise applications and business workflows, with a primary focus on ERP transformation and enterprise integration.

Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise applications with at least 5 years leading ERP implementations
• Bachelor of Science in a technical field
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations
• Proven technical proficiency in API development and management, database technologies, integration platforms and middleware, data security principles, enterprise architecture frameworks, and data sovereignty requirements
• Hands-on experience building business process automations using tools like Power Platform, ServiceNow, or RPA platforms
• Track record of designing and implementing secure system integrations across cloud and on-prem environments
