We're looking for a strategic and people-driven IT leader to lead our IT Operations function in the Nordics. The Head of Digital Operations will be responsible for leading teams that deliver high-quality Application and Infrastructure services aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT operations, IT service management, and people leadership
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and practical ITSM experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Understanding of cybersecurity and governance frameworks (ISO27001, NIS2)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and one of the Nordic languages (both spoken and written)
