The Head of Financial Business Partner will lead a team of master data professionals, manage people, and analyze data to support the MDM organization. The ideal candidate is a people person, detail-oriented, highly analytical, and has expertise in master data management concepts and tools.
Requirements
- People management experience of at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge about processes and data structures of relevant master data objects gained during a minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Strong IT affinity and working experience with SAP MDG, SAP S2P, O2C Processes, Microsoft Office, especially Excel, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of data and project lifecycle activities
- Knowledge of performance management concepts and continuous improvement activities
- Strong communication skills to various levels in the organization, team spirit, and accountability
