The Head of IT Release Management will oversee the release process for all software and application updates into Corebridge Financial's technology ecosystem. The role involves maintaining release process and procedure documentation, aligning with IT and Audit controls, and leading the implementation of the ServiceNow Digital Product Release module.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in technology sector or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years' experience as Service Delivery Lead or Technical Program Manager.
  • 5+ years of ITIL and ITSM experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Project Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, conceptual, critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Experience planning and executing complex and large-scale cross team initiatives, and experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously is highly valued.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow release module (Release Management or Digital Product Release) is highly valued.
  • Experience with JIRA and SharePoint are valued.
  • Comfortable leading discussions with Sr. leadership and experience tailoring the level of technical details to suit the audience.
