Snowflake is seeking a Head of Legal Operations to design, scale, and govern the operational infrastructure of the Global Legal Department. The role focuses on balancing transformation with immediate priorities, leading complex programs, and ensuring legal operations are efficient, strategic, and technologically excellent. The position is in-person based in either Menlo Park, CA or Dublin, CA.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Legal Operations experience
  • Demonstrated data analytics capabilities
  • Proven ability to architect, implement, and scale legal processes
  • Experience with workflow and automation systems (Ironclad CLM, ServiceNow, Zip, Salesforce CPQ)
  • Bachelor's degree
