Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide on-site and remote support for desktop, software, and peripheral issues for the US Army North headquarters and 10 Defense Coordinating Officers across the Continental United States.

Requirements

  • Active T3 investigation and ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances
  • 3+ years experience supporting IT Help Desk
  • Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Experience with remote and on-site troubleshooting
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating System and common desktop applications
