Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IT hardware and software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Working knowledge of VTC systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
