Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IT hardware and software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of VTC systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
