Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support, maintain a professional relationship with customers, and document internal procedures.
Requirements
- One (1) year of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience.
- Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s); tracking technical issues using ServiceNow and other ticketing systems; maintaining historical records and related documentation to ensure timely resolution.
- Diagnose data communications problems using specialized tools, test equipment and software utilities.
- Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
