Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
- Experience with computer hardware/software, iDevices, Tough Books, Windows 10 & 11 OS, MS Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow ticketing system preferred)
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong typing, writing, and reading skills
- Ability to work with knowledge process and identify new solutions
- Ability to multitask and work in a 24x7 contact center environment
- Flexibility to support 24x7 shifts during inclement weather
- Ability to work within a time-limited schedule
- Ability to handle customer interactions for longer than 8 hours a day
- Availability for after-hours shifts
