Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
  • Experience with computer hardware/software, iDevices, Tough Books, Windows 10 & 11 OS, MS Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow ticketing system preferred)
  • Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong typing, writing, and reading skills
  • Ability to work with knowledge process and identify new solutions
  • Ability to multitask and work in a 24x7 contact center environment
  • Flexibility to support 24x7 shifts during inclement weather
  • Ability to work within a time-limited schedule
  • Ability to handle customer interactions for longer than 8 hours a day
  • Availability for after-hours shifts
