This role is for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Incident Manager to be a key player in the operations of the leading fintech platform. The role involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving IT incidents, minimizing business disruptions, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of IT service management frameworks.

Requirements

  • Monitor, assess, and manage IT incidents.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incident escalations.
  • Orchestrate the resolution of incidents in a timely manner.
  • Elaborate Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Maintain accurate incident records.
  • Develop and refine incident response procedures.
  • Provide updates to management, customers, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with Problem Management teams.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in IT incident/service operations; Strong ITIL skills & experience using ITSM tools
