This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for helpdesk support.

  • Gather, track, and analyze requirements from business users.
  • Create and maintain process models and diagrams.
  • Utilize digital platform tools such as Pega, Appian, Bizagi, ServiceNOW, Workday, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and others.
  • Ensure all helpdesk activities are documented.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the development of helpdesk policies.

Requirements Summary
