Requirements

  • Handling and resolving ticket level 1 (hardware and software)
  • Configuration of workstations and management of user accounts
  • Support in the use of IT company applications and tools
  • Technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Coordination with the II level and external suppliers
  • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • SQL / SQL Server
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in related roles
  • Knowledge of ERP Alyante/Gamma (Team System)
  • Power BI
  • Experience in retail/e-commerce contexts
  • English B2
