Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, and SAP
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS management
- Planning and managing activities according to priorities and SLA
- Management of users, password reset, and group creation
- Installation, troubleshooting, and management of Office 365 tenant
- Basic network skills and troubleshooting capacity
- Knowledge of main network protocols
- Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
- Support for video conference devices
- Software troubleshooting
