Everience Italia, a specialist in IT support services and user experience management, is seeking Helpdesk technicians to support IT operations during a major international event (Milano Cortina 2026). The role involves providing excellent technical assistance to users and contributing to the successful technological operations of the event. The position offers a unique, challenging, and international experience.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and use of popular ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Sap)
  • Proficiency with main operating systems (mainly Windows and iOS)
  • Management and planning of activities according to priorities and SLAs
  • Preparation of machinery and inventory control
  • Experience with Active Directory and user management
  • Installation and troubleshooting of office 365
  • Basic networking skills
  • Knowledge of main network protocols
  • Use of MDM dashboards
  • Hardware and Software skills
  • Required knowledge of the English language (B2 - C1)
  • Working Method: Flexibility in shifts, including evening and night shifts

Requirements Summary
