We are looking for 3 HelpDesk Technicians to join the dedicated IT support team and provide high-quality assistance service to our clients.

Requirements

  • Ticketing Platforms: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
  • Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS management
  • Activities: Planning and management of activities according to priorities and SLA
  • Hardware and Inventory: Preparation of machines and management of warehouse inventory
  • Active Directory: Management of users (password reset, group creation and management)
  • Office 365: Installation, troubleshooting, and management of the tenant
  • Networking: Basic knowledge and troubleshooting capacity of network, knowledge of main network protocols
  • MDM: Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
  • Video conference device support
  • Software troubleshooting
