Helpdesk Support Technician role providing IT support to business partners, providing solutions to technology challenges and educating end users. Supporting stakeholders globally, with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/Office 365 and mobile device experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in an IT Help Desk support role
  • Windows 10 /11 experience
  • Microsoft Office / Office 365
  • Laptop and printer hardware knowledge required
  • Mobile Device support experience (Apple iOS preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of desktop support tools
  • Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting client Wi-Fi issues
  • Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PC/Network problems quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • ServiceNow experience is desirable but not essential
